Return & Cancellation Policy
Our Mission
At GunMagWarehouse.com, Our Mission is to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If dissatisfied or no longer interested in your order, you can return it within 60 days of the purchase date. Our goal is to process all returns within 1-2 business days upon receipt. To request order cancellation or request Return Authorization, email [email protected] or call 1 (800) 409-9439. GunMag Warehouse reserves the right to charge a restocking fee or reject a return or cancellation request for failure to meet these conditions.
General Conditions
- All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number, obtainable by emailing [email protected] or calling 1 (800) 409-9439.
- Customers have the option to cancel their order until we create a shipping label.
- We cannot cancel orders with items shipping from our distributor.
- Product fitment is the responsibility of the customer.
- Customers must make claims for missing items, missing packages, and damaged packages within two business days of the tracking showing "delivered".
- We cannot perform exchanges for items not included in the original order.
- Clothing must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with the tags still attached to be eligible for return.
Return Policy
- We accept returns on unused, unaltered products in original packaging with all accompanying manuals, instructions and accessories within 60 days of the purchase date.
- Returns may be refunded, exchanged, or issued a store credit as is appropriate.
- If you remove products from packaging, break a manufacturer's seal, install, or insert products, GunMag Warehouse staff have the discretion to charge a 20% restocking fee or reject the return. This includes items with signs of fitment testing, such as magazines with insertion marks.
- All returned items reported as defective will be subject to inspection and testing upon receipt. If an item is found to be fully functional, it will incur a 20% restocking fee and a $6.95 return label fee.
- Due to safety considerations and legal/regulatory reasons, ammunition may not be returned for any reason.
- Please contact the manufacturer regarding any warranty issues or return requests not eligible for return. If you need assistance, please call us at 1 (800) 409-9439 and we will be glad to help.
Refunds & Credits
- Typically, refunds post to your account within 2-5 business days. This varies based on the customer's financial institution.
- GunMag Warehouse cannot issue refunds to a different credit card than the one used to place the order.
- GunMag Warehouse cannot issue refunds to deactivated cards. If we encounter this, our only option is to issue store credit.
- If for any reason we cannot provide an exchange item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Restocking Fees
- Refunds exceeding $800 are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- Refused, undelivered, or abandoned packages are subject to a 20% service fee.
Return Shipping
- Responsibility for return shipping falls upon the customer. You have the flexibility to choose your preferred carrier for return shipments. We recommend using a method that provides tracking and insurance, as we are not liable for lost return shipments.
- Customers may return orders to GunMag Warehouse in-person.
