The pouch features a flexible, shock cord-based design that expands to fit a variety of tourniquet designs without any custom fitting. Featuring a durable nylon body with a streamlined interior, the pouch includes a removable flap that allows for either open-top or covered carry. The "hand-up" flap design lifts the tourniquet as the pouch opens, making it faster and easier to grab in high-stress situations.
