This night vision optic combines a compact catadioptric objective lens, a single high-quality image intensifier tube with an image beam splitter, a double eyepiece, and reliable electronics for superior performance when you need it the most. The FoxBat-8 NW1 features a tripod-mounting option to reduce fatigue and is built around a Gen 2+ high-performance image intensifier tube for superior image quality. A high-light shut-off feature ensures the image intensifier tube is protected from over-exposure. Operates on two 1.5V AA batteries or one Lithium (BA-5567/U) battery, with up to 40 hours of continuous use.
